arty President and Chairman of Nepali Congress, Sushil Koirala accused to the CPN UML leaders of breaching the agreement. Issuing the candidacy of Koirala in the parliament, Koirala asserted, "No Gentlemen Agreement was done while 16 points pacts were carried out." Stating that the ordinance of the reconstruction authority was made fail, Koirala said, "It is futile to speak about the consensus if one does not follow the authoritative consensus." Koirala, indicating the Madhes- centered agitation, said that the party was flexible enough but the party was unable to produce consensus among the parties. Unified CPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal proposed Oli’s name while the other 13 parties and one independent member signed as supporters of Oli in his nomination paper. The other parties, including the agitating Madhes-based parties and some fringe parties, who have the remaining 69 votes, have not decided who to vote for yet.
